This is a utility cog, basically I just put whatever doesn't qualify for its own cog in here.

Slash Commands
/autoreact
- This command autoreacts to messages sent by the targeted user. Was mostly made as a joke, but it does work fine.
- Includes subcommands:
/autoreact emoji
- Sets the emoji Autoreact will use to react to messages. Supports both unicode and custom emojis.
/autoreact reset
- Resets Autoreact's target.
/autoreact set
- Sets a user for Autoreact to automatically react to.
/faq
- This command sends pre-made FAQ messages, with an optional parameter to mention a user.
- This command was made specifically for the Galaxy discord server, so I don't really expect anyone else to use it, as the FAQs contained in it are only really relevant to Galaxy.

- This command links to the issues page on this repository, where people can report problems with the Galaxy bot or any of my Cogs.
- If used on another instance, it'll only provide information on reporting bugs with cogs.

- This command checks how much a ship's insurance payment would be, based off of the ship's class and value.
