This reverts commit 0052617fcd.
The fix for #134 was backwards. It turns out `overrides` is for
including rather than ignoring. Will need to look at this further.

# `typos` Reference

Configuration is read from the following (in precedence order)
|
|
|
|
- Command line arguments
|
|
- File specified via `--config PATH`
|
|
- Search parents of specified file / directory for one of `typos.toml`, `_typos.toml`, or `.typos.toml`
|
|
|
|
