What cog is your feature request for?

Currently, Aurora claims to be a replacement for Red's built-in Mod and Mutes cogs, but it is missing a lot of functionality that those cogs have.

Describe the solution you'd like

The following commands need to be added to Aurora:

ban
kick
massban
names
rename
slowmode
softban
tempban - /ban duration
unban
userinfo
voiceban
voicekick
voiceunban
timeout - /mute
mutechannel
unmutechannel
voicemute
voiceunmute

I also need to add support for /mute using a role instead of timeouts
